Mon Tissu DID it RIGHT sort of
Well they didn’t make it fully mesh, their new skirt that is. Just part of it. Still it looks great and fit’s air-tight on ANY avatar shape I tried. I hope they do some short skirts like this and everything else they can think of!

Go to their store and try it yourself - Mon Tissu - Oxford Pencil Skirt Rigged mesh. Oh and joining their group gives you 25% off but it’s 1000 lindens, so check their store out and see if you like other things. I didn’t bother joining yet, but I do like their take on mesh skirts. As I said before, they just need to make short ones of all types!
